We are pleased to introduce you to My Green Lab's new Sustainability Program Manager, IlaSri Bharati Summitt! IlaSri joins team My Green Lab with a true passion for sustainability and a 15+ year career working in laboratories. An avid traveler with a love for art and science, IlaSri grew up in Toronto and North Carolina, and currently resides in San Diego.
To honor their commitment to sustainability, My Green Lab is proud to award CatSci with a Platinum Green Lab Certification for their Chemistry Lab as well as a Silver Green Lab Certification for their Cardiff-based Analytical Lab.
2021 was a breakthrough year for My Green Lab. In partnership with our growing network of partners and supporters around the world, we have made some incredible progress on our mission to build a global culture of sustainability in science. As we quickly turn our attention to the challenges ahead in 2022, I think it also important we take a moment to reflect just how far we have come as a community in one short year.
My Green Lab has awarded the Bernal Institute BioLabs a Platinum Green Lab Certification for their efforts to minimize their laboratory operations' environmental impact through the implementation of sustainability best practices.
