Vikki is a HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist in the UK, with over 20 years’ experience in clinical diagnostics laboratories. Vikki is currently the laboratories Training & Organisational Development Manager for HCA Healthcare UK, and has previous experience as a Biomedical Scientist and lab manager in both NHS and non-NHS settings.
Jean-Charles is a member of the Customer Value Proposition team within the Central Laboratory Solutions Global Marketing Organization at Siemens Healthineers. With a background in genetics and molecular biology, Jean-Charles has spent the last thirty-five years in clinical marketing positions.
Richard is a certified and experienced, anatomic pathology professional offering a diverse background in the laboratory environment and education, with international collaborations. Currently, Richard is assisting companies with their operational efficiencies and technology guidance using diverse resources.

Catherine is an ASCP certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) at VCU Health, with a strong background in histocompatibility testing and transplant diagnostics. She has experience in molecular HLA typing, flow cytometry crossmatches, and supporting the development of NGS workflows for high-resolution HLA analysis.
