Happy Hour Code of Conduct for Attendees
My Green Lab and Impact Laboratories are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment at all events, including informal social gatherings such as happy hours. These events are intended for professional connection and community building among attendees.
This Code of Conduct applies to all event attendees, guests, and invitees, regardless of organizational affiliation.
Expected Conduct
- Respectful and Inclusive Behavior
All attendees are expected to treat others with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. - Professional Environment
While happy hours are social events, they are professional in nature. Attendees should conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a respectful, business‑appropriate setting. - Responsible Alcohol Consumption
When alcohol is available, attendees are expected to consume it responsibly. Behavior resulting from intoxication that disrupts the event or makes others uncomfortable is not acceptable. Participation without alcohol is fully welcome and encouraged. - Harassment‑Free Experience
Harassment includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome or inappropriate comments, jokes, gestures, physical contact, or other conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or uncomfortable environment. This standard applies regardless of intent. - Compliance with Laws and Venue Policies
Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, and event guidelines. - Event Oversight
Event hosts or organizers reserve the right to address conduct that is inconsistent with this Code and to ask any attendee to leave the event if necessary. Serious or repeated issues may result in exclusion from future events. - Respect for Privacy
Attendees should be mindful of privacy and consent when sharing content related to the event, including on social media.
Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event and other appropriate actions to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.
