My Green Lab and Lab Manager are proud to present the first-ever Sustainable Lab Product Innovation Award to Agilent. This recognition honors their verified achievements in reducing environmental impact and in raising the standard for sustainable innovation in science.
The award celebrates verified improvements behind the Agilent 1290 Infinity III LC System, which is a UHPLC platform that delivers analytical performance while measurably reducing environmental impact. Evaluated through the My Green Lab® ACT® Ecolabel program, the Infinity III LC System was assessed across key lifecycle indicators including energy consumption, water use, product lifetime, packaging, and end-of-life management. The results highlight how independently verified data can empower more sustainable decisions for manufacturers and laboratories alike.

This collaborative recognition program between My Green Lab and Lab Manager shines a spotlight on product and equipment manufacturers that are raising the bar through transparency and data-backed innovation.
The Sustainable Lab Product Innovation Award was created to honor organizations that lead with integrity, measurable results, and continuous improvement. The Agilent 1290 Infinity III LC System exemplifies how verified sustainability performance can drive meaningful change across science and industry.
Agilent’s achievement follows a rigorous review of ACT Ecolabel submissions, of which each is independently third-party audited for accuracy and transparency. The Infinity III LC System distinguished itself through energy-efficient operation, a modular design that extends product life, and an ISO-aligned, reviewed carbon footprint suitable for Scope 3 emissions reporting.

Through the annual Lab Sustainability Excellence and Lab Product Innovation Awards program, My Green Lab and Lab Manager aim to inspire laboratories and manufacturers across the globe to transform intent into action. Candidates for these awards have either completed the My Green Lab Certification program, or have products that have gone through the ACT Ecolabel third party audit.
My Green Lab Certification measures behavioral and operational progress within the lab, while the ACT Ecolabel brings verified transparency to the products scientists use every day. Together, these two programs set the global standard and create a bridge between laboratory practices and product innovation.
