The MGL Marks include, and are referred to, as \u201cwordmark(s)\u201d (text-based marks such as MY GREEN LAB), \u201clogo mark(s)\u201d (marks including design elements such as the beaker depicted in the marks below), and \u201cmark(s)\u201d (including both wordmarks and logo marks). The MGL Marks may only be used by entities who have laboratories that are compliant with MGL\u2019s certification program and have received certification that gives explicit approval from MGL to use the general certification and specific certification level MGL Marks shown below. Instead, always be specific on the scope of the certification and claim: Example: Lab at Company A has Been My Green Lab Certified at the (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Green) Level.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Always<\/strong>\u00a0write My Green Lab Certification as a proper noun in text. The \u2122 symbol must appear next to &#8220;My Green Lab&#8221; upon first use in text and capitalize the first letters of each of the three words.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Example:\u00a0<\/strong>My Green LabTM Certification is considered the world\u2019s most trusted green lab certification, guiding scientists and lab teams towards actionable sustainability practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A My Green Lab\u2122 ownership statement\u00a0<strong>must<\/strong>\u00a0be included when displaying the marks.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Example:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cThe MY GREEN LAB\u2122 trademark is owned and controlled by My Green Lab, Corp. The MGL Marks must not be used if certification expires and cannot be used until its renewal. The ACT Marks include, and are referred to, as \u201cwordmark(s)\u201d (text-based marks such as ACT), \u201clogo mark(s)\u201d (marks including design elements such as the (My Green Lab ACT Ecolabel Rating Logo, and\u201cmark(s)\u201d(including both word marks and logo marks). The ACT Marks may only be used by entities who have laboratory products and equipment that are compliant with MGL\u2019s program and have received explicit approval by receiving an ACT Ecolabel from the program\u2019s third-party verification organization, Verico to use one or more of the ACT Marks shown below.
